Verdict

Point The Toes rarely runs over the minimum trip and may find a few of these too speedy but winning point-to-pointer Sir Lynx surprisingly had the pace to score over this trip at Ballinrobe and a 5lb rise doesn't look excessive. FOOT SOLDIER has gone up 6lb for finishing runner-up to The Boat People at Cork but is progressing nicely and should be good enough for this as Ancient Sands will probably need the run, his first since September.
