NOVIS ADVENTUS made a gallant attempt to make all over slightly shorter at Tipperary but was caught close home by Radanpour. Torcedor has a nice pedigree and wouldn't need to be a world-beater to make a winning debut while Andy Oliver won the race with a 25/1 chance last year so either of his pair, especially the newcomer Plain Talking, could spring another surprise.
