Verdict

Elsie did well to score twice over hurdles in the summer and was expected to make a successful start over fences at Killarney last month but found market rival Royal Flight too strong. The experience won't be lost on her but she may have to settle for the same spot again as SHE'S A LEADER is given the vote. She also won twice over timber recently and then ran a cracking race behind Noah Webster at Galway. This is her chasing debut but she looks the type to do well and can make a winning start. Via Del Corso was placed in eight of her 17 starts over hurdles but never won and was beaten a long way on her debut over fences at Ballinrobe last week, as was winning point-to-pointer Camillas Wish at Downpatrick.
