      Verdict

Another tough race to call here for punters but the main protagonists look to be Devils And Dust, Ten Carat and The Green Hat and the narrow vote is given to the last named. The selection was a fair second a couple of starts ago and although he disappointing last time out he looks sure to be suited by the return to this better ground and he looks a value bet in an open affair. Devils And Dust rates the main danger as he hails from a yard in top form and looks sure to be suited by the step up in trip so he should be watched in the market. Ten Carat was a fair fourth behind Sunday City last time and is another that could improve for this longer trip. High Tech Made would be a danger to all on his best form of a couple of seasons ago but he has shown little of late and he is taken on with this in mind. This is a trappy affair and the market will be very informative but The Green Hat is our idea of the winner.
