In depth

Verdict

No Way Hozay has won his last two starts at Catterick with the minimum of fuss. The handicapper has raised him 16lb since the second of those victories but John Wade's charge is on an upward curve and should make a bold bid to complete the hat-trick. Diarmuid O'Regan claims 10lb off EMIRATE ISLE, however, and Chris Grant's nine-year-old was already racing off the same mark as when successful over hurdles here a year ago. He'll need to jump better than when fourth at Kelso last month but still has a bit of scope and may be the value in the race with Suprise Vendor and Gavroche Gaugain out of form and Vardas Supreme struggling to get his head in front. Sleep In First has started favourite in his last three runs but is now 0-16 under Rules.
