    Verdict

Lukeys Luck won well on heavy ground at Uttoxeter last Saturday and should make a bold bid to defy his penalty. Gulf Punch has gone up a further 4lb since finishing second at Carlisle, however, while Stormy Morning was put up 9lb after getting off the mark in a novices' handicap over C&D two weeks ago. SUNDOWN TRAIL didn't take to fences last season but is proving a useful tool over timber and was always travelling well when successful over a slightly longer trip here last month. This is a better race and he is 8lb higher now but he's comparatively unexposed and may still have more to offer. Kykate shaped with promise on her reappearance at Uttoxeter and may be the pick of the remainder.
