In depth

Verdict

Alphabetical Order has clearly had his problems, this being only a fifth start since the autumn of 2011. He's not been seen since last October when beaten in a two-horse race but connections obviously consider perseverance to be worthwhile. He may well be a class above these as he's not being highly tried on this return to action but Donald McCain enjoys a fine record at this venue and LYRIC STREET is preferred. Still lightly-raced over timber, the gelding enjoyed a recent Fibresand sharpener and has already shown signs of promise in just three hurdling starts. Bobs Lady Tamure and Il Testone are the each-way options, both having shown fair from in similar contests.
