Verdict

I'm Super Too continues to threaten and may run well with Mr Fallon booked however the step up in trip looks tailor-made for CLOUDY CITY who gets the nod over Perfect Vision and Elvira Madigan. Mark Johnston's gelding is out of a very good American mare and he has shaped with promise on all of his starts to date. The step up in trip today looks sure to suit and from a nice draw he looks sure to run well for Frankie Dettori. I'm Super Too continues to edge up the weights for losing but has performed with credit on each run this year and his time will come, Swift Return is yet to break his maiden tag but the longer trip should suit, whilst Perfect Vision is a well-bred filly who caught the eye here last time out and looks sure to run a big race. Elvira Madigan looked raw last year and the Sakhee filly shapes like this longer trip will suit, there is plenty of stamina on the dam's side of New Code's pedigree, whilst Rose Alba looks a tad slow so will need them to go a good gallop if she is to score today. Not an easy end to the card for punters and it is only tentatively that we side with Cloudy City.
