Grey One won well on the all-weather just six days ago and can score again, with Carcinetto and Million Percent making up the shortlist. A consistent level of form on the all-weather has seen the selection pick up some form of place money n five of his last seven outings and whilst he appears to be better on the all-weather (never won on turf), he is in form which is more than most of these and can break his duck today. Carcinetto is consistent if unspectacular and has place claims once again, whilst Goodwood Spirit is on a very attractive mark if putting it all in. Charlie Bear ran well at Beverley recently and has claims for the pilot who guided him to his last win. Gracie's Gift and Million Percent are two others who have place claims at least, however The Grey One is in good form and gets the very tentative selection.
