Rockfella won this in 2012 and was second in the race 12 months ago off this mark. This will have been his target again and Cam Hardie claims 3lb so he shouldn't be left out of calculations. William Of Orange came good at Haydock in September and had subsequent Doncaster winner Spectator and winning hurdler Needless Shouting behind on his final start. He should be capable of confirming that form with those two and is a danger to all. Le Maitre Chat improved when stepped up to 2m in the autumn so may find this short enough on his reappearance but Uramazin was in good form on the Polytrack over the winter and has place claims. FUN MAC has been raised 3lb since going close at Goodwood in October and was well beaten when tried over this trip at York in August. But that was an ultra-competitive contest and his pedigree screams stamina so he may be worth another chance here.
