Verdict

BASEM was raised 6lb for his win at Sandown but that looks fair as he's a very progressive individual who is almost certain to be suited by this step up in trip. He's preferred to Alex Vino, who is likely to make the running as he stays further than this. Ajmany remains high enough in the weights and isn't easy to catch right while Soviet Rock runs for the first time since starting favourite at Epsom on Derby Day. Whispering Warrior, Presburg and War Singer all appear to have a bit to find on these terms.
