    Verdict

Newbury winner Gallego was slowly away in an amateurs' race at Goodwood next time. But he still has something to find with Byrd In Hand, runner-up in that latter contest and a pound better off here. Futurism's only win came over further on the Polytrack and he hasn't raced since April, while Qeethaara appears to have completely lost her way. DANNIOS has shot up the weights after winning three out of four this year but Ed Walker's gelding won very easily again at Yarmouth last month and Michael Murphy takes off 3lb here. The five-year-old is the one to beat.
