Verdict

Joseph O'Brien won this on a 20/1 chance a year ago and has quickly been snapped up by Noel Meade for Champion Boy. He's a tough and useful handicapper on his day and the fact that he hasn't been seen since October 2010 shouldn't be too much of a concern. Danehill Tapdancer is another with a long absence to overcome and the ground could be a problem though Pat Smullen's expertise will ensure a good run. Michael Hussey was seen at his best when steering GOTHEN NIECE to victory at Cork a fortnight ago where the early pace didn't suit his mount. A rise of 4lb looks manageable and she can complete a quick double. Go Babie Go hasn't shown much to date but steps up markedly in trip and would be of interest if attracting support.
