Verdict

This has been won by three-year-olds in all five renewals including by John Oxx three times. He's entered both Aklan, who has disappointed since making a winning debut at the Curragh, and Handazan, who could hardly have been more impressive when making all over 1m2f at Leopardstown. Massiyn followed a maiden success on this track with a victory in a tough handicap at the Curragh, both over 1m2f. He won't mind stepping up in trip while Offer should be better suited by dropping back after failing to last out over 1m6f in a Group 3 at the Curragh. Aaraas has been running well enough against very useful opposition to be given a chance but for once it's the older horses who may have the call and DEFINING YEAR, who has been runner-up to both Famous Name and Sharestan at the Curragh recently, looks the one to be on as he steps up to this trip for the first time. Sense Of Purpose will be better for his comeback at the Curragh and will be staying on when others have had enough.
