Verdict

Go Placidly finished third behind Tarn and Intensified on his Curragh debut when only beaten two lengths. However, the first four did finish in something of a heap that day and the form is not the easiest to assess at present. Fix It was beaten eight lengths first time up behind Wilshire Boulevard but should come on for the experience as well as being likely to appreciate this quicker ground. Azurite is solid but exposed so HARLEM SHAKE is the one who makes most appeal. Ger Lyons has his string in good heart at present with the juveniles going especially well. He's progressed with each outing and a pleasing third to Simple Wave at Fairyhouse confirmed that he continues to go the right way.
