Corlough Mountain, Cassie's Choice and Swift Princess are on the shortlist here, with Swift Princess set to live up to her name. In his last foray in handicap company, Corlough Mountain finished a close third to Azreme, who won here next time. He showed that evening that he handled soft ground, and a reproduction of that effort would see him in the shake up here despite top weight. Bryan Smart has his string in fine form, and his Cassie's Choice ran very well last time, but that effort came on a much faster surface than she encounters here, and she may get bogged down. Swift Princess is lightly raced and open to further improvement, and she showed last time at Warwick, where she was a close second, staying on at the finish, that she handles soft ground. Swift Princess has conditions to suit and can take this.
