In depth

Verdict

A fascinating fillies handicap and we will side with the top-weight Gloved Hand, Tajaathub and Howards Princess may provide most danger. The selection put in some solid efforts last season, against some top opposition. In fact two of her best efforts came in Listed company. She is on a fair mark at present and has proved herself on rain softened ground. Tajaathub was successful in France last summer and now with Mark Jonhston she commands every respect off what is a tempting handicap mark. The market should give clues to the fitness of this one and also Howard's Princess, who returns to the track following an eight month break. She ended last season with a decent second to Campeon at Musselburgh and if fit should make her presence felt. Tagula sunrise may do best of the others, but Gloved Hand looks the cal;ss act here and she gets the verdict.
