A really competitive handicap with several of the 20 runner field holding claims including King's Thought, Colway Ritz and Able Baker Charlie but narrow preference is for Czarina Waltz, who advertised her well-being at Newmarket last time. Chris Wall's filly led briefly inside the final furlong that day before being headed close home by Barolo and, although she has gone up 5lbs since then, is entitled to improve for the outing. The selection holds the top weight King's Thought and Able Baker Charlie on running at headquarters, even on these revised terms and a bigger threat to Czarina Waltz may come from Colway Ritz, who has run two fine races in defeat this term and should run his usual game race. Intricate Web is well treated on all-weather form and should appreciate the return to this trip having failed to stay over 1m4f last time.
