        Verdict

        Tom Sawyer was only beaten half-a-length at Musselburgh after winning at Lingfield but Mother Jones is much more effective on Polytrack while Ace Master's best form is over further. BEAU MISTRAL has crept up the weights but has been in fine form and didn't get the run of the race when only fifth at Beverley last time. He should give supporters a run for their money here and is narrowly preferred to Musselburgh third Mr Mo Jo. Mandy Layla continues to tumble down the handicap but has yet to show any improvement for it.
