Mick Channon's Goose Green has more to do under a 6lb penalty than when scoring by a short head under more testing conditions in a Warwick nursery last time and, along with Feisty who was well held off today's mark at Bath last time, he looks worth taking on with preference for Hair Of The Dog. The selection showed improved form when stepped up in trip last time, has a nice racing weight and hails from a yard in good form at present. Slavonic Lake created a favourable impression on his debut but disappointed last time when behind Sunstroke in the race won by The Illies at Bath.
