EL MCGLYNN went close at Hamilton on his latest start and drops down a grade for this. He can confirm earlier running at Ripon with Majestic Manannan and gets the vote. Commanche Raider is also dropped in class but his wins have been on faster ground while I'll Be Good was placed over a longer trip last time, though he has claims on last year's winning form. Select Committee is high enough in the weights judged on his recent placed efforts and Elusive Bonus has gone off the boil since winning at Ripon in August.
