In depth

Verdict

Obe Bold and Handsome Cross should go well but Wanchai Lad is the one to beat here. Wanchai Lad looked like one to follow at Ripon last time, and although in time the selection will appreciate further, this should be a straightforward task. Obe Bold looks to be exposed now, but ran well enough against the progressive Harry Up and Mac Love last time and is capable of taking a hand in the finish. It would also be foolish to ignore the claims of Handsome Cross who is in form and was an impressive all-the-way winner at Folkestone last time, but Wanchai Lad looks the most progressive in the field and is the one to beat.
