Verdict

You won't find many harder two-year-old listed events to work out but using a study of the official ratings ANGEL'S PURSUIT is best suited by the framing of this weight and we'll just give him the best chance of scoring ahead of the game Star Rover and consistent Walkingonthemoon. As well as an apparent advantage at the weights the selection has been in fine fettle recently having found only an in-form potential star too good last time. That form looks strong now transferred into this grade and we can expect more improvement. Star Rover is yet to try this trip but did take one of these races at York over the minimum distance two starts ago and if we've learnt anything about this one it's never to rule him out. Walkingonthemoon will have to find a bit to win on these terms and keeps hitting the bar at this level but it just seems a matter of time before he goes in. A market move for Henry Cecil's Rodrigo De Torres would be interesting as he was not at his best last time after a promising debut but the way they're weighted seems to favour Angel's Pursuit.
