Verdict

Mr Nosie won a Grade 1 over timber at Leopardstown in 2006 but has been a disappointment so far over fences following a five-year absence. He could bounce back here but the form pick must be SWEEPS HILL, whose close second to Realt Dubh at Navan in September has been well and truly boosted by the subsequent exploits of the winner. Kid Curry made a very encouraging debut over fences behind Campbonnais at Fairyhouse where he jumped well and had Kingsmoss six lengths back in third while Baracas looks the type to make a chaser and arrives in good form after landing a handicap over timber at Fairyhouse with Abbey Lane behind.
