Verdict

TOOSTRONG won a bumper in France before making a successful debut over timber for Willie Mullins at Fairyhouse. He couldn't handle the step-up to Grade 2 company at Thurles but chasing should be his game and he can make a winning start. Johannisberger is the clear pick of those with experience over fences though mistakes have cost him dearly so far, as they did when runner-up behind He'llberemembered at Down Royal last time. If those problems are ironed out he'll take some beating and has the edge over Madam Bovary on that last run. Chasing Shadows didn't show much on her debut over fences on this C&D but reverted to hurdles to score at Tramore and should do better.
