Verdict

A huge field of bumpers but a likely short-priced favourite in TOTALLY DOMINANT. Willie Mullins' charge was having his first start for almost a year when a close third here at the end of April and was staying on strongly after being given plenty to do. He can gain compensation though Sir Scorpion, who made a very promising debut at Fairyhouse, probably came up against an above-average performer when well beaten by Mr Diablo over this track and trip when Real Man Of War was back in fourth. Hash Brown ran quite well behind Fort Smith at Ballinrobe and should do better, as should Reine D'Or after showing some ability behind Gusty Rocky at Clonmel.
