    Verdict

A trappy little heat in which we'll take a chance with Barawin in the hope that she's ready to do herself justice; Lisathedaddy and Gallic Charm can't be dismissed but make least appeal of the remainder. The selection showed the benefit of her debut experience when getting up late on to win her maiden over a mile at Haydock. The form of that race looks strong and there were plenty of positives to be taken from her only subsequent outing in a nursery despite her finishing well down the field. She's bred to relish this sort of trip this term and there should be more to come. Lady Friend is a pretty consistent sort who should be in the mix again but it would be a surprise if some of her rivals aren't better handicapped. Born Tobouggie is an obvious player having displayed a decent attitude when making a winning debut, La Columbina should win her share of races over middle distances this term whilst Ella ran well in a maiden on her reappearance and should be all the better for the outing. Only seven go to post but they're an interesting bunch and Barawin can only be a tentative suggestion.
