      Verdict

      Betty Fontaine was relatively unfancied when overturning hotpot Toffee Tart on debut at Bath and should be open to further improvement. Misty Conquest confirmed earlier promise when getting off the mark over this trip at Newmarket and can continue on an upward curve but CASPAR NETSCHER created a favourable impression when scoring at Beverley, having overcome trouble in running. The third has already franked the form and Alan McCabe's colt, who'll be suited by the extra furlong, can follow up here with newcomer Red Duke likely to need the experience.
