Verdict

KANDARI, three times a winner on the Flat in France, has been in winning form over fences this year and will think he's on holiday with this weight. He should be good enough though seven-times Flat winner Arizona John is still running well despite being 9lb higher than his last winning mark. The veteran Fossgate has won a dozen races in a long career but generally needs a run to put him straight while Major Domo had to step up to 1m6f to lose his maiden tag at Redcar in September. Watts Up Son only won once last year and that was over 1m1f from a 10lb lower mark.
