Verdict

ZABEEL PALACE is taken to land this open looking contest, at the main expense of Le Toto and Kashmina. Barney Curley's Zabeel Palace returned from a two year lay off to score in impressive fashion last time, and he looks worth following until beaten. He was formerly, albeit four years ago, a smart Falt performer, and it may be that his trainer has been able to re-ignite some of that ability. Le Toto is still a maiden but is lightly raced, and ran well to be runner-up in a similar contest last time. He is 5lbs higher here though and that may just hinder his chances. A winner on the Flat at Windsor this summer, Kashmina has shown ability in her recent starts over hurdles, noticeably last time, when staying on well to take fourth. She is one for the shrtlist running off the same mark. Zabeel Palace will take some beating.
