Verdict

KINGS LODGE was just touched off by stablemate Thanks For Coming in a competitive novices' handicap at Sandown a month ago and is still heading in the right direction. Nicky Henderson's six-year-old won't find it easy giving 6lb to Aikideau but Richard Rowe's C&D runner-up folded tamely at Cheltenham last time and may be flattered by his current handicap mark. Points winner Holywell is interesting on his first start for Jonjo O'Neill but is probably best watched today.
