Verdict

Waarid returned from a lengthy absence with a decent second at Wincanton last month. He can figure along with recent course and distance runner-up Acosta. Bredon Hill Lad was still beaten a long way despite finishing second at Towcester last time while Mangonel and Gilded Age have yet to show any improvement for their slide down the weights. TWIN BUD was narrowly beaten over track and trip in October and is back on the same mark for the first time since. Dropped in class with a 7lb claimer taking over the reins, she gets the speculative vote in this lowly grade.
