Verdict

Double Default could reverse Ayr running with Sammy Spiderman but he's unproven over this trip and hasn't won since 2007. There is no question mark over Petite Margot's stamina but the mare has been on a downward curve for a while now while Lampion Du Bost is also in the veteran stage now. Keenan's Future has more to do than when winning a Bangor hunter chase and Saphire Night looks harshly treated on her one run over fences. Its Teescomponents has disappointed recently so this may rest between Irish raiders BALLY WALL and Ballycarron Lad. The latter won well at Carlisle last month but the former will relish every inch of this marathon distance and may be the one to beat.
