In depth

Verdict

Oscar Hill was entered in a novice chase here yesterday but has some decent form over hurdles in Ireland, though is a bit more exposed than one or two of these. Ubaltique was thrown in at the deep end on his debut for Donald McCain at Kelso and was soon struggling. He may do better here but this looks a good opportunity for the consistent HIDDEN FUTURE to recapture the winning thread. Though only third of four at Downpatrick last time, that was against better company and Colin McBratney's six-year-old looks the one to beat here ahead of C&D winner Jet Master and the lightly-raced Ryton Runner.
