Verdict

FORMAL BID has won handicaps at Bellewstown and Kilbeggan recently and should thwart the hat-trick bid of It's A Mans World in receipt of 10lb. Brian Ellison's charge arrives off the back of novice wins at Cartmel and over course and distance but the weights aren't in his favour today. Outrageous Request is a regular here and can't be ignored as he was once held in some regard, though we fancy Gordon Elliott's charge to have his measure. Makhzoon may be best of the rest, despite returning from a break.
