In depth

Verdict

POLITENESS has gone up 4lb since winning at Wetherby in May but this looks a less-competitive affair and Rose Dobbin's charge should be capable of landing the lion's share of the prize money again. Last month's course and distance second Tangolan looks the danger, though The Ice Factor only found the in-form Baraboy too good at Hexham 10 days ago when Raifteiri was behind. Coney Choice won at Down Royal and Wexford last season and shouldn't be far away if fully wound-up.
