Verdict

A poor handicap to open proceedings and Bonne just gets the vote ahead of Actabou and Moonage Daydream. The selection is from the in-form yard of Michael Bell and was not far away behind Jaconet last time on good to soft at Ayr. Provided the ground does not get faster than good she looks well suited by conditions and can make the most of this lowly mark on her second try in a handicap. Moonage Daydream probably acts on any ground and was just caught close home here over c&d last time. She remains on a very competitive mark and will not be far away. Redcar winner Actabou is up 4lb for that win and should be fine as long as there is not much in the way of rain, so he looks like going close again. Andrasta has frame claims at best, while if first-time blinkers bring out the best in Hawk Eyed Lady then she could also take home some prize money. Not a race to get heavily involved in and we will side with Bonne.
