Verdict

Kepler's Law and Hawridge Knight will both do better next term and the one for today looks to be ELAS DIAMOND, who pulled a long way clear of the third when second on her debut. The form of that race hasn't yet been truly put to the test but she should've derived plenty from that run and can put her experience to good use on ground that will suit. Several top yards send out newcomers and they all need close attention in the betting. Watercourse looks sure to improve over further in the course of time but this is a fair starting point, Madison Square may find the ground against him while Mulaqen won't be knocked about on his debut but should relish conditions and is bred to be decent. Susan Stroman is out of a talented dam but runners from the yard tend to need their first experience so best of the rest could be once-raced Lordofthehouse.
