Verdict

Sahara Desert had three runs last year in maidens and is interesting now making his debut in a handicap. Delarosso hinted at ability in his first season and Emerahldz won a couple of nurseries at the backend of the campaign, though he'll do well to complete the hat-trick off his new mark after a break. New Colours won a maiden at Kempton in December and may have more to offer, though doesn't look as well treated as some. We'll take a chance on SUPACHAP, who had Sahara Desert behind over track and trip on soft ground in November. He was still a little green on that occasion so hopefully another winter will have allowed him to mature and he has more scope than Wolverhampton third Goleador.
