In depth

Verdict

Plenty of old stagers here and we will take a chance with the elder of the party Trouble Mountain, Prime Number and King Of The Moors could provide most danger. Mick Easterby's charge really does hold his form well despite his advancing years. His recent fourth behind Dark Energy at Newcastle stands out as decent form in the context of this event and he could go close at decent odds. Not many of these come here in form but one that does is Prime Number, who was a comfortable winner at Nottingham last time out. The six pound rise in weight may stop him following up but he should still be in the shake up. King Of The Moors has to shoulder top-weight but comes right into the argument on his easy Redcar win last month. Riley Boys is one that has dropped down to a decent mark and could be vying for a place, but our idea of the winner is Trouble Mountain.
