    In depth

    Verdict

The unpronounceable Tartatartufata was a game winner last time and should go close again this afternoon, but on this occasion we will side with Silver Dane, with Blades Boy also expected to run well. Christine Dunnett has her string in great form at present and Silver Dane looks set to play a big part today . This is his first venture on turf, but on breeding he should be better suited to this surface than the all-weather. He wasn't far behind Tartatartufata last time and can reverse the running this afternoon. Blades Boy was well beaten at Southwell last time, but that wasn't his true running. He is much better judged on his maiden victory at Musselburgh last September and he should be in the shake up. Canadian Danehill with Frankie on board should do best of the others, but with the stable in such hot form Silver Dane is a confident choice.
