In depth

Verdict

Cash For Steel has won over course and distance this year and showed improved for to score at Uttoxeter last month. But she has more on her plate here off an 8lb higher mark while the lack of a recent run could count against Cash Injection and Catcher Star. The lightly-raced Y A BON finished tailed off over course and distance last month but the softer ground today will help and the booking of Richard Johnson has to be a positive. He certainly makes more appeal than Decoy, who has totally lost the plot.
