Verdict

A race where each of the sextet can be given a chance on the pick of their form and we will side with PARTY PALACE. Stuart Howe's mare was disappointing last week but she'd shown an aptitude for this track previously and with a number of rivals dropping down in trip, she may have enough speed to see them off. Four Nations was a convincing winner of a maiden at Plumpton and Trevor Whelan's claim could prove invaluable. Zama Zama won here on his final start for Nicky Henderson. He takes his chance off a 9lb lower mark although he's not troubled the judge in any of his subsequent starts. Breaking Bits didn't appear to stay at Uttoxeter last month and may find this shorter trip in his favour. West Brit took part in the Triumph Hurdle last year but he's best watched after a couple of modest efforts under both codes.
