In depth

Verdict

The stables of both Victor Dartnall and Richard Lee are firing on all cylinders at present and their respective charges could dominate this. Preference is narrowly for Lee's MILO MILAN, who is relatively unexposed and was probably up against a couple of decent novices in Our Mick and Don't Turn Bach when third in a maiden hurdle at Hereford last month. Calico Rose is a big danger, however, if reproducing the form of her win over a longer trip at Taunton and Ed Glassonbury again takes off a useful 7lb. Just One Thing has improved a little this season but still looks to be on a stiffish mark for what he's achieved while Navajo Nation has been off the track since October. Spinning Waters and Cruise Control have hinted at ability but both would probably prefer a faster surface.
