Verdict

Postmaster deserves to get his head in front having found just one too good in each of his last six starts, the last two of which have been over fences, but he may have to settle for minor honours again behind JUST AMAZING, who gets the vote ahead of Chunky Lad. Bill Turner's gelding has been dropped into selling grade to win his three races over hurdles but has shown some promise from limited opportunities over fences and has to be considered. Converti won just the once for Paul Cole on the flat but has run with credit over both hurdles and fences since joining John Manners. Rock Captain looks to be out of his depth and of more interest may be Chevy To The Levy, who has unseated his rider in both starts over fences so far but he has claims in a relatively poor contest today. Preference though is for Just Amazing, a dual winner over hurdles who has shown a decent level of form in two starts over fences and a reproduction of previous form may well suffice.
