In depth

Verdict

This looks to be a trappy contest and the leading lights appear to be Miss Saafend Plaza, Diamond Light and Disco Dan with the vote given to Saafend Plaza. The selection shaped encouragingly last time over this course and distance when she finished a close third behind Eddie Rocket. She looks to be going the right way and with ground conditions to suit she is our choice to lead them home. Diamond Light is lightly-raced and was a fair fourth behind Boreal Applause last time over 6f. She should benefit from this extra furlong and could give our selection the most to think about. Disco Dan is interesting as he won well last time at Brighton and with this extra furlong in his favour and more improvement likely he is worth consideration. Bobbish looks the best of the remainder but for the winner we will stick with Saafend Plaza.
