Verdict
It can pay to follow the old adage of keeping on the right side of a filly in form and go with CHARLOTTE POINT here, while Cumana Bay can follow her home. Paul Cole-trained Charlotte Point has won three of her last four, including a three-quarters-of-a-length defeat of Cumana Bay at Goodwood last month. A 4lb rise for her Nottingham dead heat does not look frightening and she can add another success to her CV. Cumana Bay has a little to find with the selection and is 1lb worse off with her, so strictly on the form book she should again finish in arrears, although stranger things have happened. Trumpet Lily has some very solid form in the locker and probably just needs to drop a couple more pounds to be winning again, while the same can be said of Spring Adventure, so Charlotte Point is a confident choice.
