Verdict

Glee is starting to come down the weights a little and could be interesting today, while maidens Benzanno and Devdas have shown enough to suggest they'll be getting off the mark sooner rather than later. Mizbah only scraped home in a modest contest at Folkestone in June, however, and looks vulnerable off this mark after a two-month break while Queens Sandridge has been harshly assessed after winning a Wolverhampton maiden at 100/1. Moon Trip won by seven lengths over this trip at Leicester, however, so a 6lb penalty is fair and he should be in the firing-line again. But there should also be more to come from SALFORD ART over this distance and Fallon's mount, who was doing his best work at the finish over 7f here last time, is fancied to defy top weight.
