        Verdict

        Sahpresa is the one to beat as she bids for her third consecutive win in this event. She beat Strawberrydaiquiri and Music Show in last year's renewal and has the beating of Together on a line through Immortal Verse, who beat Rod Collet's mare a length at Deauville last time. She's also fancied to reverse earlier form with Timepiece as the latter got first run on her in the Falmouth Stakes here in July with I'm A Dreamer well behind. However, it could be worth a punt on the rapidly-improving ALANZA, as the Irish filly settled a Group 3 race at Doncaster last time in a matter of strides with Chachamaidee back in third - it would be no surprise if she's capable of even better now upped in class.
