      Verdict

Three-year-olds don't have a very good record in this but Ivan Vasilevich is running so well that he must be a threat despite a 9lb rise for his Kempton victory. However, he is well held by BLACK POND on their run at Yarmouth and the latter could provide each-way value at a fair price despite a couple of moderate subsequent efforts. Chain Of Events is running well this season and gained a C&D success last month though he's now 9lb higher. Indian Valley would probably prefer some give in the ground but Lord Theo generally goes well here and though he's better on Polytrack these days is effective on turf and must be considered.
